Pilates

Pilates is a low-intensity training designed for stretching deep muscles and strengthening the body. This workout is suitable for people of any age and physical form. Pilates is especially recommended for people who are sedentary, stressed and tense, have back problems, have musculoskeletal injuries and seek to reduce the risk of future injuries.

Workouts include static and dynamic exercises using your body weight and additional equipment (big balls, soft gym balls, rollers, weights, rings, rubbers, etc.)
