Muaythai is a martial arts training that introduces you to the traditions of Thai boxing and the technique of non-brutal training. The training is suitable for anyone interested in martial arts. Regular Thai boxing training improves physical fitness, physical characteristics (strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination), personal qualities (confidence, tenacity, courage and determination), and reduces stress and tension.
Muaythai training includes warm-up exercises, real combat elements (kicks and various combinations), physical exercise and cooling down.
